Credit Options
We have developed our credit policies in order to protect both our organization and our clientele. Please see the below payment options for each level of sale in our organization.
Retail Sales
Retail customers (who purchase materials on the spot and leave a deposit on the order or pay the order in full) can pay:
- NCash
- NVisa
- NMastercard
- NAmerican Express
- NDebit
- NE-Transfer
We do not accept personal or company cheques in our retail sales department. Should the only payment option possible be in the form of a cheque, we will accept your cheque and hold your order for 10 days. Once your cheque is verified at the bank, your order will be released to you.
Residential Installations
We have a sales team of over 10 people who quote residential fence projects, write up contracts, and accept deposits. We request that deposits made on our residential contracts are made by:
- NVisa
- NMastercard
- NAmerican Express
- NE-Transfer
- NCheques
We request that cash payments are not given to our staff on site but delivered directly to our head office accounting department. To pay cash amounts in excess of $1000.00, we will ask you to meet us at our financial institution (within 10 minutes of our head office). You are welcome to visit the Roma Fence location closest to you and speak to our office credit department and/or management regarding our cash payment policy.
Should you pay by cash, please request a signed receipt on company letterhead.
For residential fence projects under $3000.00, a 30% deposit is required and the balance is paid on completion of the project. For residential fence projects over $3000.00, 40% deposit is required, a 30% second deposit is required once materials have reached the site, and 30% balance is required upon completion of your fence project.
Commercial Installations
Our commercial installation department also has a full sales team at each location to quote commercial projects and sign commercial contracts. 30 Day Credit terms for light commercial projects are subject to credit approval. All other credit terms are to be negotiated with our in-house credit or branch manager. In most cases, a 30% deposit is required to start your project. Credit terms will be advised upon receipt of signed contract, Letter of Intent, or Purchase Order.
Dealer Sales / Distributions
Our dealer sales accounts are set up upon your request. Our dealers purchase regularly on account and are billed as orders are taken. Credit terms are unique to each account we service and are subject to credit approval.
