The Roma Fence Group’s COVID-19 Policy
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our COVID-19 response policy for the Roma Fence Group of Companies. Roma Fence remains fully operational during this understandably unsettling time. We are taking every necessary step to continue the sales and installations of fence and fence products with as little disruption as possible.
We are taking every precaution to keep the Roma Fence locations clean, sterilized, and free from illness. Within our organization we have restricted business travel, have a policy in place for self-isolation for all staff who travel outside of Canada, and have rescheduled all meetings within our offices with anyone who has traveled outside of Ontario within 14 days of the meeting date.
As you know, each Roma Fence location has a customer service order desk for the sale of retail and wholesale fence and related products. Our staff members have been advised to keep a healthy distance from others.
If you require fence materials but have come into contact with the COVID-19 virus, are in self-isolation, or have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, please call our customer service order desk and we will make every effort to deliver these products to you. Please wear a mask entering any Roma Fence location.
The health and safety of our clients, vendors, and staff remain a top priority at the Roma Fence Group. As the restrictions increase globally in response to the rapid spread of COVID-19, material supply and delivery will be slowed from outside of our Canadian borders. Increases in transportation expenses and delivery delay notices are already being distributed to our purchasing team. We will be revisiting pricing and material availability as each new constraint presents itself during this time.
